W&M MBA Admissions: Making Connections around the Globe

Greetings from Williamsburg!

It is hard to believe that travel season is upon us and that in just two short weeks we will take to the skies, railways, and roadways – eager to connect with prospective MBA candidates.

In the coming months, our MBA Admissions team will span the globe, visiting over 40 cities worldwide. We are anxious to connect with aspiring MBAs throughout the United States, Latin America, South America, Asia, Southeast Asia, India and the Middle East. We also value the deep relationships we have established with colleges and universities throughout Virginia in our efforts to build a pipeline to the MBA. Our partners, W&M CareerPREP and Corporate Relations, will represent us at all the major national career fairs hosted by National Black MBA, National Society of Hispanic MBAs and Net Impact and will be joining the Forté Forum for Women and Kaplan Road to Business School in New York and D.C.

I personally look forward to touring the United States, Latin America, South America, Japan, Southeast Asia and the Middle East this season. Our newest team member, Associate Director Randy Tripp, is anxious for his first MBA Tour of Asia, Southeast Asia and India. We hope to team up in several locations to answer your important questions and provide a healthy dose of William & Mary Tribe enthusiasm.

Speaking of enthusiasm – the W&M MBA Alumni Ambassadors are amazing representatives of our program and they are MOST eager to meet you. Please join us at a fair, forum or information session to learn from those who know best, our alumni, what makes the Mason School of Business such a special and inspiring place!

Please be sure to look for the College of William & Mary’s participation in The MBA Tour, QS World MBA Tour, Forté Forum for Women, Kaplan Road to Business School and stay connected to our 2012-2013 travel schedule.  We strongly encourage you to make an appointment to meet with us individually on the tour trail – please feel welcome to email me or Randy to schedule a one-on-one meeting in a city near you. Make plans for a campus visit beginning in September or join us for one of our visit weekends: W&M MBA Fall Social 2012 (October 26-27) or Winter Visit Weekend 2013 (February 1-2).

We look forward to identifying the next MBA class of talented revolutionary thinkers!
